Kimberly Eisenbach, MSN, APRN, AG/ACNP-BC, FNP-BC

Dr. Yang is a board-certified neurologist dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care for patients with a wide range of neurological conditions. She specializes in neuromuscular disorders, including myasthenia gravis, ALS, and CIDP.

Dr. Yang completed her medical degree at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and went on to complete her neurology residency and serve as Chief Resident at the University of Illinois Hospital in Chicago. She further advanced her training with a fellowship in EMG and neuromuscular medicine at Stanford University, giving her specialized expertise in diagnosing and treating nerve and muscle disorders.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Yang is actively involved in cutting-edge clinical research and has served as a principal investigator on multiple national studies focused on improving treatments for neurological diseases. She is committed to bringing the latest advancements in care to her patients.

Dr. Yang is known for her thoughtful, patient-centered approach and takes the time to understand each individual’s concerns and goals. She offers advanced treatments such as botulinum toxin injections for migraine, cervical dystonia, and spasticity.

She is board-certified in Neurology and Electrodiagnostic Medicine and is an active member of the American Academy of Neurology, where she has been selected to the prestigious Practice Leadership Program, and the American Association of Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine, where she serves on the Professional Practice Committee.

Courtney Weir, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Courtney Weir is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and co-founder of Front Range Neurology. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered neurological care with special interests in migraine disorders, multiple sclerosis, and a broad range of neurological conditions.

Courtney believes that exceptional care begins with listening. She is committed to building meaningful relationships with her patients, empowering them through education, and developing individualized treatment plans that support both neurological health and overall well-being. Passionate about advancing patient care, she remains actively engaged in the latest neurological research and evidence-based treatment innovations.

In addition to her neurology practice, Courtney has a strong interest in wellness and aesthetics, recognizing the important connection between feeling well and living confidently. Her holistic approach focuses on helping patients achieve optimal health, function, and quality of life.

Prior to founding Front Range Neurology, Courtney gained extensive clinical experience caring for patients across diverse healthcare settings, including acute inpatient care and chronic disease management. Her broad clinical background provides a comprehensive perspective when addressing the unique needs of each patient.

A Colorado resident, Courtney enjoys spending time outdoors with her two daughters, exploring the Rocky Mountains, attending live music events, and being actively involved in her local community.

Kimberly Eisenbach is a dual-certified Nurse Practitioner in Family Practice and Adult-Gerontology Acute Care who began her nursing career in 2011. She has been dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based neurological care tailored to each patient's unique needs.

Kimberly believes that open communication and a collaborative approach are the foundation of exceptional healthcare. She partners with her patients to develop individualized treatment plans that reflect their goals, concerns, and lifestyle, ensuring they feel informed and empowered throughout their care journey.

She has experience diagnosing and treating a wide range of neurological conditions, including migraines, multiple sclerosis, neuropathy, epilepsy, and other neurological disorders. Kimberly also provides advanced botulinum toxin therapies for the treatment of chronic migraine, cervical dystonia, blepharospasm, spasticity, hyperhidrosis.

While much of her practice focuses on diagnosing and managing neurological disease, Kimberly is equally passionate about promoting overall wellness and preventive care. She encourages healthy lifestyle habits and proactive strategies that support long-term brain health and improve quality of life, helping patients achieve the best possible outcomes.

Outside of the clinic, Kimberly embraces everything Colorado has to offer. She enjoys spending her free time with her family and taking advantage of the state's beautiful mountains, outdoor recreation, and active lifestyle. Her love for the Colorado community and commitment to helping others live healthier lives are reflected in the compassionate, patient-centered care she provides every day.
